The test is based on detecting of genomic DNA of three pathogenic bacteria types of Borrelia species, causing Lyme disease (borreliosis), i.e.: B. burgdorferi sensu stricto, B. Garinii and B. afzelii, which are called together Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato.
The test is used to confirm the bacterial presence in the tick body. This is important for the decision to implement the treatment. In a few days after the tick bite, which is a carrier of the bacteria they may already be present in tendons, muscles, joints and nervous system. Quick start of the treatment as a result of early diagnosis can prevent the evolution of this disease and it can prevent of many dangerous complications.

Transfer method: Put a tick on a wet cosmetic petal, pack it in a plastic wrap or a tight bag (preferably stringed bag)
